Thank you for choosing Eternal Cosmetics. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients, the following terms and policies apply to all bookings and services.
💳 Booking Fee & Payment Terms
A non-refundable $15 deposit is required for every service and add-on at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service balance. Deposits are mandatory for all services, including add-ons, with two exceptions: the 1-on-1 Consultation, which requires full payment of $55 at the time of booking, and the Vitamin C Serum add-on, which must be paid in full ($8) at checkout.
Each service or add-on added to your cart will generate a separate $15 deposit. If multiple services or add-ons are booked in a single session, multiple deposits will apply. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been submitted.

➕ Add-On Services
All add-ons require a $15 deposit to reserve and are treated the same as full services in terms of booking policy. Add-ons are intended to be booked alongside a main service. If booked alone, they may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Eternal Cosmetics. The Vitamin C Serum is the only exception and must be paid in full at the time of booking without a deposit.
🧼 Hygiene Policy
For the comfort, safety, and professionalism of all clients and staff:
Please arrive freshly showered to your appointment.
Facial clients: Do not wash your face with soap during your shower on the day of service; rinse with water only to avoid pre-treatment irritation.
A brief intake form or verbal consultation may be completed prior to service to ensure optimal care and address any concerns.
💵 Accepted Payment Methods
Payment for remaining balances is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms of payment include:
Apple Pay or
Cash.
We do not accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
Please note: While add-ons appear as $0 during checkout, they must be paid in full at your appointment.
⏰ Late Arrival Policy
We value your time and strive to honor everyone's schedules:
If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible via text.
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will incur a $20 late fee.
Clients arriving 30 minutes or more late may have their appointment canceled at the discretion of Eternal Cosmetics and will be marked as a no-show.
❌ Cancellations & No-Shows
Life happens — but courtesy is appreciated:
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show without notice, will result in a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Eternal Cosmetics.
📍 Appointment Location
The location address will be sent via text message from a private number after your appointment is confirmed.
Please monitor your messages prior to your appointment day.
