Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Standard shipping times within the U.S. typically range from 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Eternal Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eternalcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of both the product and packaging so we can assist you appropriately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, the order will be processed and all sales are final.
