Terms of service

Thank you for choosing Eternal Cosmetics. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients, the following terms and policies apply to all bookings and services.


💳 Booking Fees & Payment Terms

A non-refundable $15 deposit is required for every service and add-on at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your total service balance. Deposits are mandatory for all services, including add-ons, with two exceptions: the 1-on-1 Consultation, which requires full payment of $55 at the time of booking, and the Vitamin C Serum add-on, which must be paid in full ($8) at checkout.

Each service or add-on added to your cart will generate a separate $15 deposit. If multiple services or add-ons are booked in a single session, multiple deposits will apply. Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been submitted.


➕ Add-On Services

All add-ons require a $15 deposit to reserve and are treated the same as full services in terms of booking policy. Add-ons are intended to be booked alongside a main service. If booked alone, they may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of Eternal Cosmetics. The Vitamin C Serum is the only exception and must be paid in full at the time of booking without a deposit.


🧼 Hygiene Policy

To ensure a clean, professional, and safe environment, all clients are expected to arrive freshly showered. For facial services, please do not use soap or harsh products on the face the day of your appointment. Rinse with water only to prevent pre-treatment irritation. A brief intake form or verbal consultation may be conducted before your appointment to ensure you receive the best care.


💵 Accepted Payment Methods

Remaining balances for all services and add-ons are due in person at the time of your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include Apple Pay and cash. Eternal Cosmetics does not accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.


⏰ Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. Clients who arrive 30 minutes late or more may have their appointment canceled and marked as a no-show. In these cases, the deposit will be forfeited.


❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in a $50 cancellation or no-show fee. Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Eternal Cosmetics.


📍 Appointment Location

Your appointment address will be sent to you via text message from a private number after your booking is confirmed. Please monitor your messages in the days leading up to your appointment.

By booking with Eternal Cosmetics, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all service descriptions, deposit requirements, and terms outlined in this policy. These guidelines are in place to protect your time, the time of other clients, and the integrity of our services.
